I called 888-948-5508 and told them I wanted to cancell my future orders if they were planning to send out anything other than  the free sample right after i ordered the free sample the same day. I got the free sample used it once but not again but saved te tube. I was charged 79.28 on my account about a week later so I called 888-948-5508 again and told them I didn't like the product and didn't want anymore . They said it was a free trial and the reason I got charged was because I didn't send back the sample. So I sent back the sample with 80 dollars insurance and conformation. I saved the paperwork from the post office and I tracked the return package online and when it was received by the company I called 888-948-5508 . I told them I returned it they asked for my conformation number i gave it to them then I got my money back through my credit card in 5 days. This was within a 60 day period.
