I have been attempting to contact this letting agency since January (it is now April) by both email and phone. I have only gotten through to them once to talk about returning my deposit of 600 pounds (over $1000). They stated that furnature was missing and the house was "trashed" but the do not have any documentation of this. They are unable to produce any inventory sheet nor do they have pictures showing the "trashed" house.

I used to work for Ultimate Connexions until a couple of weeks ago, and I am aware of the person who wrote these comments.
I think it is unfair to write such comments when there were clearly contractual issues that the client broke.
All of of our clients sign agreements and we do pretty honest and fair assessments after which we return the deposit or clearly state reasons why.
How can this person simply make up facts just because he is unhappy. If he did try to contact us then I would say that he would have gotten a response even if it is not what he wanted to hear.
Clearly he is unhappy, but hat doesn't mean you make up the facts and tarnish one of the most reputable agents in Luton.
I personally know the owner and she has a great reputation for doing good business and her honesty. she works so hard and personally deals with a lot of her clients.
