Ultimate Logistics ripoff fradulent dishonest unprofessional lewd Pembroke Park Florida

After numerous calls to Ultimate Logistics Inc, we agreed upon a total price of $850 to have our car transported from Flushing, NY to Tucson, AZ. This price was confirmed on numerous occasions prior to any money transaction. On March 4th, 2006 we went ahead and wired our $200 deposit thinking the car will be picked up and our COD will be only $650. On March 7th, 2006 we received at least 3 calls from Ultimate Logistics Inc threatening us that if we do not pay an additional $100 before 5 PM the car will not be picked up until 3 weeks from agreed upon date (which was 03/09/06). At that time we felt as a breach of contract had occurred. We contacted our Sales Rep -Glen Holsman, who has assured us if we were to cancel our order we would have to wait at least 6 weeks for deposit to be refunded. He had assured us that this is minor set back and he will make sure that from that point and on our transaction will run as originally contracted. We have in our possession a signed documentation stating the shipping should only be $850 and the car will be delivered on March 20th, 2006 (THE LATEST). On the contracted delivery date (03/20/06) WE contacted the corporate office in FL to confirm the status of the delivery. That's when we were advised that the driver could not be reached and most likely the delivery would take place 6 days from the original contracted date. Not only the contract was unfulfilled, but the employees of Ultimate Logistics are very lewd, rude and VERY unprofessional. After trying to get this unforeseen problem resolved, we were hung up on and told that our Sales Rep (Glen) will no longer be available to our services, that now we have to just sit and wait for the driver to contact us. Not only were we misinformed and inconvenienced, but this unfortunate transaction set us back financially. We were told one price and then when they had our money and our car in their possession they left us with no choice but to play by their rules.

IF I HAVE TO DO IT ALL OVER AGAIN, I WOULD RATHER KILL MYSELF THEN DEAL WITH THIS SO CALLED INCORPORATION.

DO NOT make the same mistake we did. stay away from Ultimate Logistics AND MAKE YOUR FRIENDS AWARE OF THEM.

FRIENDS DON'T LET FRIENDS USE ULTIMATE LOGISTICS INC... even if you are drunk.
