Rented from them for three years. Gave proper notice we were moving out in July 2011. We moved out at the end of the month and moved across country. A month later we received part of our deposit back and figured that was that. Nope, they have since filed stating we owed more rent and because of that we are now having trouble renting a new home. I have tried contacting them to no avail.
