Ultimate Worksout, Matrix Acceptance ripoff Roy Utah

My mother is 81 years old and joined the Ultimate Workout of Greensboro, NC four years ago. They pulled the $15.00 out of her checking account on a monthly basis. She went to the spa maybe six times, and after her one year contract was up they continued to pull out the money. Mom is experiencing signs of dementia and my brother, my sister-in-law and myself have talked to these Matrix people and they insist that one more $15.00 payment be received or they will turn her over to the credit bureau. The contract was canceled to their specifications, even though for the past three years there has been no activity at the spa. These people are rip-offs and I would suggest that no one join any organization that they represent. They call my Mother even after they have been told that my brother is power of attorney, they harass her with calls and letters. Someone should stop them from their actions. To bad there are not laws to stop these people. If people would take the contracts to lawyers to read, they would never sign, but of course who can afford a lawyer for a simple health spa contract. The Matrix people are rude when you call, to try to work things out. They will not give out their last names, but of course if I worked there I would not either for I would be ashamed that I treat fellow humans as they do. Please if you are reading this before you sign, do not...that's how to stop these companies. PUT THEM OUT OF BUSINESS, by not joining any of their facilities.
