I ordered products from Ultra Psychedelics and never received any products from them. I contacted them using various means and they acted concerned but nothing ever came of it.

When I ordered from them I was provided a phone number to contact Susan Otienso for payment information. After making contact through text I was emailed an invoice for PayPal. Unfortunately the transaction went through as a donation so Paypal is no help.

The phone number on the site is not in working order but the email resulted in a response from Chris asking for the order number. After providing the order number I am no longer receiving any information from them.  

The site expressed a 48 hour shipping feature but it looks like I have been scammed by these people. Not even sure if Chris or Susan are their real names.

Their website is build by woo commerce which also has no contact information on their web site. https://woocommerce.com/search/?collections=service 

woo commerce appears to be affiliate with Automattic Inc in San Francisco, CA 94110 which I am still reaching out to.
