Ultra relief cream for relief of pain is an absolute scam if ever and takes advantage of people who suffer from pain. They send a sample after billing your credit card for it. Before you can evaluate the sample they start sending jars of the stuff and charge $66.90 plus an additional $4.95. I don't recall seeing any disclosure of their policy of continuously sending and charging for the product. The cream is useless and no better than a menthol cream you can buy in any drugstore for a lot less.

We look at it as a great opportunity for us to share our vision and see it only as a positive. We understand your issue and acknowledge there have been others who have shared your same frustration.
