I responded to the "free trial bottle"in April.When receiving the product,it was accompanied by a small slip of paper stating that "I could have the advantage of staying on their automatic ship program." I thought better of that trap and called "my representative" (at an extension that was provided on that piece of paper)to inform him of my decision to cancel.The receptionist answered the phone "corporate offices",no company name and asked what the nature of my call was.When I told her I wanted to cancel she said she would cancel me in the system.

That call occured May 15th. On the 23rd a bottle of their stuff appeared in my mailbox. I refused it and sent it back. I have since called twice and went to the website and sent a complaint via that route. No one has returned my calls or contacted me from the company. No refund for the stuff I returned. I have subsequently filed a fraudulent charge with my bank and will pursue that route.
