Ultrasabers They stole my money. No services rendered. Friendswood Texas

I ordered from them Feb. 27th. For a custom made lightsaber to add to my Star Wars Collection. 

I first emailed them about three weeks later. Got an email back from a guy named Jason. He seemed nice gave me a coupon code, and said it would be shipped 24-48hrs. 

Well 2 more weeks later I sent another email no response. I wait another week or so. Sent another email, explaining I want my order canceled, and my money refunded now please. I lost my job due to covid19 and yall have had more than enough time.

Now I get a generic email saying it should arrive in 24-48 hrs with a delivery confirmation link to click. Well 72 hrs later. I'm writing this report. 

On their page in my account. It still shows "processing" they know they didn't send it. I never received any tracking info. I feel they stole my money and, or  trying to buy time in the most insulting way possible.

They charged my card and gave me nothing in return but excuses.
