UltraVx Visa Canceled a "prepaid" card and it's on my credit report for 77$ I never owed Cape girardeau Nationwide

I applied for a Ultra Vx prepaid card several years ago. 2005 or 2006. Finally got my card after waiting 4 weeks, even though I had made my deposit within 72 hours of getting approved. 

After using the card for 30 days I found it was NOT what it claimed. So I cut up the card, called and canceled. I had no balance at all. It wasn't until 2011 that I discovered they were on my credit report for 77$. (Medical bills, and caring for 2 very ill parents at the age of 17 caused a bankruptcy) which is how I spotted them on my report. 

Prior to filing however, I called them and asked why do I owe you 77 dollars and why are you on my credit report. The man said it was "maintenance fees" that I didnt pay. 30 days of having the card racked up 77$ in maintenance fees? He hung up on me. Called back and another man said my card was still active and not being used so they charged me for it. 

*fast forward* its 2014, and I check my report again, they pop up once more. Only 78$ this time. I call the number and find out there is no longer an ultra vx card but they will be more than happy to take my payment. For WHAT!!!!! A balance that was cleared in bankruptcy that you added one dollar too and now want ANOTHER company to take the money for something I didnt owe to a company who no longe exists. They hang up everytime I call and the number is never a direct line to anywhere I actually need to be. This company is full of s**t. If they offer any services under another name. They need to be shut down. A bunch of crooks taking your money. Never knew I could owe for a canceled prepaid card
