UMG Merchanttec Hsolut co Merchant Technicle Solutions unauthorised 49.95 withdrawal from account Nationwide

I just discovered that UMG Merchanttec Hsolut Co has been taking out 49.95 per month without my knowledge from my business account. This has been going on for eight years. I thought it was a merchant services charge because of the name. I changed merchant services company and the charges did not stop. My bank will only refund 90 days of the charges. There is another charge of 29.95 also coming out and I think it is related to the same company but my bank could not tell me who it is. I will file another report as soon as I find out.
