How did they get your banking information?

AUTHOR: Ken - (USA)

Here are their terms of use, which you apparently didn't read.  The link is at the bottom of their home page.

Membership Term and Renewal. Unless you cancel, your Membership continues automatically on a monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly or annual basis (whichever may be applicable to your particular Membership) with the applicable periodic Member fees automatically billed to the account identified and authorized by you at the time of your enrollment in the program.

Cancellation. You may cancel your Membership at anytime to avoid future billing by calling us at 1-800-634-7500, Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 7:00pm CST.
You now need to cancel, post haste, to prevent future billing.
*IF* they had you billing information, you either gave it to them or you were a victim of identity theft.  I'm betting you gave it to them.
