The program Spencer offers is a glitch program used to gain imob cash and other stuff from his program.  Users register on his site and pay a weekly or monthly fee to use the service. 

The program does not work right.  Beware of this site and it is up to you if you choose to use it or not.  If you lose your money.   Not much else to say about this other than keep in mind its your money and his disclaimer says the program may not work and if it does not work, then in my words SOL.

Dear Readers:

This rubutal is in response to a "Ripoff Report" which was posted by Gerald Martin, the owner of a business named TEKTronex. Gerald filed this report over an $8.00 product which didn't function properly. As Gerald commented, if the application does not work for a customer, that's simply too bad because our products are sold under an agreement which states bother that we cannot guarantee the functionality of the products and that we do not provide refunds to users. In the past, uMobiMob has historically refunded purchases for users who could not get the application to function even after our assistance, but we do not guarantee this refund nor are we required to extend the refund due to user agreements. We were going to offer this to Mr. Martin, but he became increasingly hostile and rude. We requested that he stop with the hostility and threatening, but Mr. Martin denied his hostility and went on to be even more agressive.

uMobiMob does have reasons behind such a harsh policy. We enforce this policy as we have had issues in the past of users purchasing our products, using them as much as they needed and then requesting a refund and claiming the product did not work for them. This sort of action is fraudlant, but cannot be proven true or false due to the nature of our products. Because of this issue, uMobiMob felt it necessary to enforce harsher rules, but as previously stated before, if a user is willing to work one-on-one to help resolve the issue and no resolution can be found, we do typically provide a refund. Mr. Martin was unwilling to cooperate or even speak civily to us. Because of this we were/are inclined to enforce our no refund policy and "as is" warranty on his purchase.
