I purchased 4 containers of \"Quiko Lori Food\". Their advertising online did not indicate the size of the container, so I had to assume that based on their price being slightly less than another companies for the 26oz container, that 26oz was the size I was purchasing.
I received the order today and upon examination discovered it was 4 - 12.7oz containers. I contacted the company and after talking to a service rep and her supervisor, the best they could offer me was to lower the cost to $72 and still bill me for the shipping.
Online price today for the 12.7oz containers can be found for $16 and with shipping being free would total $62 (Petco online). Having paid $111.35 I was more than unhappy. This practice of not properly identifying the product, and likewise not keeping with their advertised \"Guaranteed Unbeatable\" price is misleading and predatory.
Lesson Learned: Research the seller, even if it is just for bird food.
