UnbeatableSale, Inc Amazon reseller Missing parts Internet

Purchased a expensive Kent tricycle and when received, there were missing nuts and bolts, but also the front brake pad. In dealing with this seller: UnbeatableSale, Inc. and Amazon, this seller has not replaced or sent a replacement brake pad, a simple $2.00 part. Amazon offered to return this product, but the UnbeatableSales knows the tricycle is already assemebled and the shipping costs are over $140, not to mention the shipping charges I paid to get this product, this would total more than $300 in shipping alone. What a ripoff. I will have to go to another retailer and purchase brakepads not designed for this product.
