I have left a review of UNCLE DAN at the BBB website. This report is about Uncle Dan refusing to refund interests on pawned items that I paid twice. I am happy to share the detailed account of my experience with Uncle Dan. Don’t hesitate to contact me. I have recorded the assistant manager telling me that they could not refund interest I had paid on items I wanted to buy back. They told me I could file a claim with the bank because they didn’t know how they could refund money because they are a Pawn Shop, which is unbelievable. Despite having been deceived into not getting the appropriate or any refund, the mangers, and business, including owner: Kim Foster are good at nothing more than seeming as if they cared about resolving anything ethically and by adhering to the bare minimal standards. They will send you an email response but do not expect them to solve any issues as they seem to be expecting their clients to get tired of attempting to get their own money back, and give up. Please don’t give up. Going to a dirty Pawn Shop is the dumbest mistake I have made. Nobody should be desperate enough to deal with such predatory repulsive businesses. Let others know if you’ve ever had a bad experience with such low life businesses.
