Underbid.com - superherostore.com purchased "superman" cufflinks from Underbid.com and was supposed to get them from the Superherostore but never recieved them and after writing both companies multiple times I was never emailed back Internet

My fiance was getting me "superman" cufflinks for my birthday back in Feb 09 and biught them from the Superhero store through Underbid.com.  My birthday came and went and she was never sent the cufflinks even though her account was debited for the $19.55.  After about a month of not getting the cufflinks I sent an email to underbid and to the superhero store.  Underbid told me that I had to contact the seller so i again emailed the superhero store at brett@superherostore about 3 different times and never got a response back, not only were we out $20 but the store would not respond to emails and there was no phone number listed to call and we never received the item.  Big Rip Off!!
