UnemployedProfessors.com is a privately run website by 1 individual. There is ABSOLUTELY NO REFUND POLICY I paid for a bad grade paper!!! There is no phone number to contact a company rep. The professors credentials are listed as Ivy League School PhD, MA, etc The site again is run by 1 individual....all reviews are moderated by whoever runs the site There is ABSOLUTELY NO REFUND POLICY, regardless of what the site says...BEWARE

Unemployedprofessors.com is a scam of unqualified, ESL garbage. Anyone can create a website with fake reviews. I won't lie, I was taken by the appearance of the website too, it looks super legit. You can put lipstick on a pig, but it's still a pig.
I've ordered 2 papers from this site and both have been nightmares. Last semester I ordered a 15 page paper two weeks in advance and was given 14 pages of second rate crap. I might have been able to re-work it, and make due, but it was 6 days late. Which is the most frustrating thing only because the person I hired - Deluzianne, supposedly one of their "top tier" wirters - was nearly impossible to get in touch with. I was polite in my requests for communication - I understand needing to concentrate and not be interrupted, but a simple reply saying, yes, I'm working on it, is really all that's necessary to put my mind at peace.
What really gets me is 3 days before it's due, I get a panicked email at 9pm saying, "It's been a really long day and I pulled an all nighter, can I get this to you in the morning?" As if it was due in the morning. But like I said, it wasn't due for 3 days. I started to get nervous because was he was just starting my paper 3 hours before he thought it was due?? What the?
I got the paper 5 days late for my deadline, but on the morning it was due in class - which is as nerve racking as it gets. No time to proof and re-write. That's why I ordered my paper early. Luckily my professor told us in advance he can make exceptions for the paper if we need more time, phew(!). I had to basically rework the whole paper and I asked him to do the edits - mainly more research with references so I didn't have to. He was rude and stubborn, making some lame excuses. But he obliged and said he would get back to me. And that was a hassle too - I felt like I had to hound him to deliver! I finally got my paper - 6 days late and I still had to do revisions because it was rife with APA errors! It was a mess.
And when I wrote the "contact us" to say I was unhappy about paying $200 for such a mockery of a literature review, they said there's nothing they can do, tough luck. Money down the drain and What makes me most upset is I got a C+ on the paper! pffft.
The next paper I ordered the following semester because I thought, ok, I'll try this again because it can't be that bad, they have great reviews on their website, and what if the last time was just a fluke. Sad to say, it wasn't. The same treatment, only this time, he was more rude and unhelpful. I ordered a 3 page paper on some very basic stuff - using the Toulemin model of argumentation. Cake. He acted like it was some obscure request and that it would really put him out. He was late in delivery time, but this time I padded it a little because I had a feeling... Sure enough, it was due on Wednesday, I got it by Friday. It was horriffic writing. I could't even re-work it to make it acceptable. Run-on, incomplete sentences, laughable syntax, basic grammatical errors. I ask him to fix it and he said ok I'll have it to you by Sunday... never got it. He never even bothered to write me back, f you I'm not doing it. He just blew me off. Total BS... I had to write the whole thing.
What really makes me mad though is they still take your money. After all that stress and having to write it myself, they don't even have the decency to refund my money.
I would strongly recommend punching yourself in the face over using this service.

"This is A ..." Is not a correct sentence. (Beginning line of the companies rebuttal) Okay...I have timed screen shots of every interaction with this "company." The website lists 2 refund policies... Under the FAQ portion it says: If the essay provided by your writer does not meet the guidelines that you provided, and you are capable of cogently articulating why, you will be entitled only to a partial refund depending on the degree of disjuncture having occurred." Under "Terms of Service" (the legal section) the refund policy states: Non-Refundable Commissions Due to the time associated with writing an essay, as well as the absence of any guarantee, essays purchased from the firm are not subject to refund under any circumstance. If an essay does not meet your initial guidelines, however, our writers will adjust it as long as it falls within the original scope of the project. I provided the "company" with all of this and flat out told ...NO REFUNDS! So once you hand over the money ....say goodbye as all communication will stop! Don't listen to the scare tactics and find another online service that's been around longer and more reputable. PS. Is there a phone number anywhere on the website?

This is a flat out nonesense. The report represents entirely groundless facts and it shows that it stems from a frustrated customer who wanted to get his money back. Firstly, the company has more than 41 employees and it's not run by one individual as claimed. Our writing services is known on the web to be the premium writing service on the entire web as we employ only north amercian Ivy league gradutes and hence our premium prices. This very individual wants to harm the firm without substantial evidence and we never under-delivered any project so far, in addition, our core focus actually is customer satisfaction.
