I order a DVD set online and paid by credit card. the very next day, my card was charged. Even though the website said delivery in 7 days, here it is a month later and no items. I have emailed over 20 emails to these people, with my phone number to call me to discuss. They refuse. They just keep saying order is coming. They give bogus Fed Ex tracking numbers. Now they say my order is "stuck in customs" - right.
