Uniblue sold me software that always crashes, no tech help will go through ,pages won't load, emails bounce, etc., Internet

I bought their new program "Machanic" for Mac for around $40 right before Mac upgraded its system to Yosemite. The program worked well until the upgrade. After that it won't work at all. It crashes on opening. I have re-downloaded the softwareand tried to reload and get the same results.

I have tried to contact their tech support but when I fill out my information on their page and submit it a page comes up saying nohing is available and to please use direct email to contact them. When I have tried that my email bounced.

 

I have tried to contact them several times over the past few weeks always with the same result.

 To their credit Uniblue has refunded my money ($39.95). They finally contacted me asking for a crash report which I sent them. They were unable to help further, and after further delay I finally got my refund.
