This company will tell you lie after lie in order to get your business, tell you that you are protected because the call is being recorded and you will get a transcript of the Whole conversation. This is a LIE. The only part of the recording they provide, if requested, is the final part when you agree to the transfer. They also tell you that the call charges and line rental are cheaper than BT. Another Lie. When you realise that you are being ripped off once you receive your bill they deny having quoted the cheaper prices and you have no proof as the important part of the initial recording suddenly doesn't exist. They have abusive staff and pass you from pillar to post when you have a problem. Totally Disreputable Company!
