item was odered before christmas got an email saying item was delivered on january 4th, item never arrived when i contacted them they send me a delivery confirmation that an item was delivered to my mailbox on january 4th 2021 at toms river new jersey, funny thing is i live in murfreesboro tn, so i emailed them and let them know.
Still took another 4 days or so for them to reply to me sending me an email verifying something was delivered to my mailbox at murfreesboro tn however nothing was i was only able to get the phone number from going to the better buiness beauru website as they do not have one listed on their site just a mailing address under the contact us info.

although it took them some time i received an email from them offerign me a free shirt so i am thinking there is a good chance they did send the item and it got lost in the mail so i am openly requesting my report be removed as i have been given second chances they deserve one also here is the email i received
