Here I am, embarrassed like so many others, desperate for a dream of independence. I worked very hard on my web site, to be finished in just 5 weeks. While I was waiting weeks and weeks for the designers, I came to my senses. I, of course needed the income, (as promised) to make my credit card payments. According to the FCC, to be LEGAL, claims of projected income must be supported in writing. Let it be known that UNIM has only 2 designers for all of the suckers that they enroll.

If you have good news about a web site from UNIM and you are making good money, TELL US SOME GOOD NEWS. As for me, I have requested in a registered letter, plus a fax, to have my money refunded. The letter was signed as received on June 30, 2005. On July 5, I called. I spoke to a nice person by the name of Megale who left the phone two or three times to find my request for refund. Of course my refund request was beyond the three day period.

During this call, UNIM kindly offered to refund my 197.00, and stated that UNIM is very good at honoring refund requests. This amount is a far cry from the $7,770.55 that we have paid out, at this point. The UNIM operator suggested that I did not contract with them, but a Mentoring Company, and that I had NOT paid the huge amount for Mentoring services to them. But to their credit the operator stated that If, I had in fact, paid this amount to UNIM, that my money would be refunded in full.

I have no contract with another company. I do have: a SUMMARY OF SERVICES from UNIM WEB SERVICES, with the title UNIM My Expert Assistant MENTORING PROGRAM'.. I do have: an invoice for the amount of $6,935.00 from UNIM WEB, LLC, 7800 Congress Suite 101, Boca Raton, FL 33487. I do have: credit card receipts that say our money was paid to MENTOR DIV/XYLO, BOCA RATON, FL.

So, in short: I contracted with UNIM at 1200 NW 17th Ave, Suite 7, Delray Beach, FL 33445, for original investment of $197.00. I have and Invoice from UNIM WEB, LLC, 7800 Congress suite 101, Boca Raton, FL 33487, for $6,935.00. My credit card receipt shows money paid to MENTOR DIV/XYLO, Boca Raton, FL.

WHO ARE YOU UNIM? WHERE ARE YOU, BOCA RATON OR DELRAY BEACH, OR BOTH? It has been suggested that Boca Raton is just an address and that UNIM is no longer physically there. GOOD QUESTION.

One piece of information that I have found, is that the National Networks (ABC, NBC, CBS) news casters, are interested in the FLEESING OF AMERICA, and they are very easy to contact.

By the way, at least one MENTOR for UNIM is also a MENTOR for NATIONAL GRANTS.
