Order took over two weeks to get, when got order totally wrong not what i ordered even though the slip with it was correct, the order did not match the ordering slip. Was told to send it back, on my expense and when they got it back they would resubmit it. Phone calls were not returned, I would be very wary of sending credit card info to this company

Hi, 

  I apologize that your order took over two weeks to get. When an order is processed it is sent from our warehouse within 1 business day and all orders are sent priority mail.

As for your order not being correct, I apologize for this as well. We do ask for customers to pay for shipping up front and give them a credit for reasons of promptness. We will gladly send you a return label, but then you must wait 5-7 days until you receive the label then another 5-7 days for us to return the product and another 3-5 days to receive the product once we send it. If you pay the shipping, we credit you and it shaves down turn around time significantly. That is why we have that policy.

We have a customer service team that works 24 hours a day, so the fact that your phone calls were not returned is UNACCEPTABLE to me. This is something that will be brought up and delt with on our end.

We will be more than glad to help you immediately.
