The Managers of Operation at the UBoC PHELAN BRANCH 586 permitted fraud by an ex customer on my personal checking Account in the amount of 5000.00 using 3 primitive copied and or manufactured checks.

Only matching data is the routing and account number on the buttom of the instrument of fraud. standart checking the check would have been suffient to expose the dishonesty by financial institution and or bank.
