This is not good. This was sent to my 73 yr old father. I contacted the local police and they told me to tear the check up and that there is nothing they can do. I say B.S. In these terrible economic times it kills me to see the people hit hardest preyed upon by these scumbags. Any suggestion whom I should contact to report this. These people are creating fake checks drawn on a real bank. This HAS to be a crime somewhere.
