Signing a contract of 12/1/006 and we have ten days get a loan approval. Using prime lending glen robertson didn't call us with any information until 12/18/06, saying the loan was approve. He did not give us any condition.
So the process continue. But at the begining of the year we recieve information from our realtor that he had not started of the loan. And a few days later we recieve a denial letter. And first texas home will not refund our earnest money of $2000.00. Glenn Robertson should refund our earnest money.
