Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
Originally I had made plans with a guy name Seth at Union Moving, I told them that my moving date was not 100% clear.
He said to make a deposit of 497.00, to luck my moving estimate and that I can change the date later.
Due to medical contitions I have to postpone the move for more than 2 year for know.
I ask for my money back and all I get from them is to send more money, no one answer my e-mail about my deposits, or answers my phone calls.

If you paid by credit card, dispute the charges. You asked for a refund for a cancelled move and did not get it. If you paid by other way, then you are out of luck. I hope you paid by CC.
