Had an issue with a purchase. Gave me a return authorization number and address to mail it back. Highly recommended I send it with delivery confirmation and insure it. Did both. Confirmed delivery to the exact address requested it be sent. Refused to refund my $80...or any part of since they say they never received it...but the USPS confirmed delivery. Have filed a BBB claim...still open. But owner, Kevin something or other, responded to them with outright lies about all the calls and emails he has sent trying to remedy the situation. A real piece of work. Don't know how this guy lives with himself.
