I purchased a cara warranty from United Auto Defense on January 8th 2016 and after they took my payment of $177.00 I realized I still had a warranty on my vehicle and called on January 12th, 2016 to cancel. The company said I would recieve my refund in 2 weeks. This is now 2/22/2016 and I still have not recieved my refund. I have called numerous times and they keep saying they are short staffed or going to email the accounting deptartment and they never reply. I just want my money.
