United Capital Investments Ripping off families who are in a desperate financial situation New York New York

We where contacted by this company saying we where approved for a 5 thousand dollar loan. We needed to send them 599.40 dollars through western union and we would have our money in our checking account within 2-4 hours. 4 hours went by and we had nothing, we called numerous times and we either got a operator who was extremely rude and hung up on me, or no one answered. The next day I called and they said that their system messed up and the deposit was kicked back and where doing a wire transfer which would be in our account in 2 days. Still nothing. I have tried to call numerous times to speak to the manager of the place and he is never there. And now they want another 399.00. Do not go through these people for a loan !
