I don't understand were they got my information, i've never applied for a payday loan so how do i owe them 220.00 as of july 2004. I'm just now seeing this (2008)via my credit report. they leave no contact information except an address.
How can a company that continues to rip people off like this continue to stay in buisness. Something needs to be done, i refuse to allow them to damage my credit any longer than they have especially now that i am aware of this. they say it will stay on my credit report until feb. 2011 and that is just UNEXCEPTABLE.
