On 9/11/07 between the hours of 12:56PM - 1:15PM I spoke with a Representative by the name of Aaron. He has stated that they will continue to try and Debit my checking account for finance charges in addition to the principal of $250.00 (which is what is actually owed). I told him that his company was ripping various people off and that his company wasn't going to do that to me, that is why my bank account has been closed.
I explained to him that I am aware of his company and what they are doing to people and that they are not going to get away with it. He stated by law that the bank has an obligation to deduct the money from peoples accounts and to send it in to them.

I received over the internet today (9/12/07) from AmeriLoan (aka: United Cash Loan) to pay-off loan using a Credit Card, Money Gram or Western Union. These people have already received their Finance Charge of $90 and/or $75, which has added up to the amount of money that was put into my bank account. They are giving a phone number: 800/536-8918 and a address: 3531 P Street NW, PO Box 111, Miami, Ok 74355. If this is any help to anyone who has been ripped off by these loan sharks, please try and use this information. I am not giving them anymore money. I have learned to check on Rip-off Reports before ever doing anything like this again.
