Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
The young gal named Kelli S (per the receipt) came to the door saying that she lived in the neighborhood and that she was fundraising for her soccer team by selling books to go to a tournament and that some of the books I ordered would go to a hospital. That was in Sept and I have yet to see the books and pretty sure nothing has been sent to a local hospital. What a sucker I am.

The person you named in your complaint left the company in 2009. She and her boyfriend were selling magazines with the companies receipt. You either paid cash, or made the check out to a person?
