This agency is ran by the three stooges. I have never dealt with such rude, stupid corrupt idiots as these people at United. It started with Walt the alcoholic, then Gerry the stupid and it capped off with Karen the dumbest of the three.
Walt screamed, yelled and threatened me with not only collections, legal activity then he said he had a pistola (gun?) and he knew where I lived.....
