I was enroll with United Credit Source for a year and done what they had ask of me and my wife. In the begining everything look great. My score went up above 720 and my wife inprove also.
But then it went do, way down and my wife was worse then it started out. I contact someone from there office and it take a while to here back from them. I ask why my score went down and they said they would look into it and get back with me.
They didn't so I call them a week later and they told me that there was no activity on my account and that I would have to get a cedit card, so I did.
I use a little at a time for a month or two and the score did not go up. I call again and they said it would take time. So I waited, nothing.
I want out to get a house and this was when I was with them over 8 months and I was told that my score was 620. I call again and spoke to Eric again and got the run around again. he said he would look into it. I guess thats there way of saying don't brother me now I am trying to rip off someone else on the other line.
I recieve a lot of e-mail that was a bounch of junk really. I did not receive anything on my wife until I ask for it and again I will look into it and get back to you.
Now its been a year and they have not done what they said they was going to do so I ask for a refund and again let me see what I can do. When I was late on one payment but paid it my phone was ringing off the hook but when I ask to speak toMr. Michael Crawford,Vice President, no call back are nothing.
So if you thank they are going to help you with there promise and money back if they don't raise your score. You better thank again.
Also I have sent them my SSN several times and they last it in the system. Again more lies to make you thank they are really working on your score.
If anyone can help me get my money back, please let me know.

United Credit Source makes its mission to provide "World-Class Service" to all clients and whenever possible to go above and beyond to assist our clients in acheiving their goals with regards to their credit rating. Henry and Vanessa enrolled with UCS for assistance with removing inaccurate information from their credit reports in order to raise their credit scores.

UCS was very successful with their service as indicated by Henry's excitement overy his 720 credit score mid-way through the program. Although Vanessa's credit scores did not see as high a rating as a 720, she also saw significant improvement during her service.

The fact is that combined, Henry and Vanessa saw 51 inaccurate negative items removed from their credit reports as the result of the service provided by UCS. As outlined in the UCS Client Term Agreement, that is over $2500 of valued service which far exceeds the amount paid by Henry and Vanessa for the services. The other fact that has been overlooked is that there was a new collection account reports to Henry and Vanessa's credit in January of this year. UCS works hard to ensure that inaccurate negative information is removed from our client's credit reports, as outlined by the Fair Credit Reporting Act. However, we do depend upon the idea that the client will not do anything to hinder our progress on their behalf. As stated in our Client Term Agreement, our clients agree to maintain all accounts in a current status and that any new negative information added to the credit reports will void all guarantees and can have a potentially negative impact on their credit scores.

However, our mission is "World-Class Service." When Henry called in to voice his concerns about Vanessa's credit scores not reaching the non-typical heights that his had, we wanted to do everything within our power to assist her in that quest. After proper research by our Credit Specialist staff (which does take time), UCS offered to extend Vanessa's service, FREE OF CHARGE, for an additional 3 months. Even though we had already exceeded the results warranty as set forth in the Client Term Agreement, in an effort to provide above and beyond service and satisfaction to this client, we made the extention offer to Vanessa. Henry was more than pleased at that time, and agreed to our extention.

That conversation and agreement took place several days before this complaint was filed with this website, so I am a bit baffled by the context of Henry's frustration. As you can see, UCS has more than exceeded its obligations in regards to Henry and Vanessa and their services, results, and guarantees.
