It has come to my attention that a report was filed on this website regarding my executive history prior to joining United. On this site, anyone can make any claim about anyone, at anytime, without having to verify who the complaint was filed by, or what the real details of the complaint really are. There is no substantial proof of these claims of dissatisfaction and no information on the person who originated the report. In many cases, it could be an ex-employee or your closest competitor. Accuracy is not a priority or a requirement. If there are real merits, the person who filed should have no reason to remain anonymous.

Although the Internet has become an important social media tool, it allows people to speak their minds whenever and wherever they choose through chat rooms, blogging and other sites like this one, regardless of their reasons, or the impact it may have. These are some of the ways that disgruntled consumers and even corporate competitors can post negative reports, regardless of their merit or accuracy.

I have always taken pride in my reputation in this Industry and any Industry I have ever been involved with. I am a huge advocate for the Franchise Industry and have given much of myself to the Industry over the past 20 years. Both myself and the companies I represent have excellent financial reputations.

Prior to joining United, I was a Multi-Unit Franchisee who invested my own money into my business. I was a partner and shareholder with the parent company and I had NO investors that were involved with me. I sold my interest back to the parent company and moved into the Financial Services Industry. I built a quality organization and employed many great people. It was the best part of my professional career and I built a company that I was very proud of.

Too often, reports like the ones files on this site are filed by people that feel the need to say bad things about people they don't even know or never even met. If there was ever an issue that I had to deal with, I always found it best to go directly to the source. I would contact the person or organization that can take care of the issue, and not post on a website that is not able to assist me in resolving my problem. I appreciate the opportunity to share my thoughts.
