I retianed a collection agency named United Legal Recovery Services (Mark Hakim) to collect a $7500.-- debt. They collected over $4900.-- but is refusing to pay me, I have not recieved one cent. I have contacted a collection agency to collect from United Legal Recovery Services (Mark Hakim). The worst part is the verbal abuse and wild temper of Mark Hakim. I will keep readers informed as collection proceeds agianst United ... October 23, 2010.
