I have life insurance with this insurance company. On this last letter to sign up for Medicare supplement insurance they replaced my name with person's name that does not live at my address. I talked to the company reps. twice an they state that I would have to sign up for this insurance before they would make a correction. The customer rep. said my name and Social Security were not in the system. Help me.
