united recovery group/IPL payday loan Fraud and lies with a side of HARASSMENT Utah Utah

I was in a bind and took out a payday loan with IPL for $400 dollars but lost my job before I could repay the balance. With no income I obviously had no direct deposit. After multiple attempts to get an address from IPL they refused to give me one to mail in payment. Turns out they do not have one. In Virginia it is illegal I have learned to do payday loans without a store front to begin with. That being said I could not pay with no address. Several months go by and I get a hysterical call that some one called my elderly relative claiming to be an investigator and told her that she better tell them where I am because I am wanted for fraud and they were going to pick me up no matter where I was. Work or otherwise. That same day they made the same threat to my brother and my father in another state. They were asked to stop calling my family and absolutely refused and were down right rude and combative. This company has violated multiple laws of collections and IPL sold illegal loan to start with. Someone needs to stop these predators. What gives United Recovery Group the right to harass people and make completely false statements about police arresting someones loved one to manipulate someone. That company could have caused a 90 year old woman to have cardiac arrest that is how bad they went at her on that call.
