I was contacted by Homesafe America back in Oct. 08' by a Howard Asness (AKA Coward Howard). I was in desperate times to make ends meet financially. After months of diversion, I requested a refund and the battle began. I have obtained cellphone numbers of; Howard Asness, Angel Gonzalez, Scott Schreiber (Guy's Attorney), Guy Samuels. Guy was one of the owners of Homesafe America. He stole money from the company (us) and ran. He currently has a law suit against him. I have gotten nothing but the run-around from all these people. I don't know what my options are to get my refund. Any help??
