We were owed $199.80 plus $1980 from Cashback America. We communicated 05.31.2005 and 07.22.2005, and were refused the payment because of "no earlier than the end of the 11th month." We sent in the necessary papers with a return receipt as per exact instructions; and were refused because of a skewed interpretation by Ivone Pastrana, Admistrative Assistant, United States Administrative Services. I emailed her the exact instructions and that they had supplied, which is what we followed. We have followed this et. al. and finally found your site.
