This is the same company LVAAP that I sent my $20 and I did not receive any prize money. I received a letter from this address requesting anoher $20.
This time I was promised $3,700,000,00. I still have not received the prize money so that I was promised in the first place. I will not stop until I receive my money.

First, there was never any intention to award you any money. Forget about getting anything from them.
Second, if you sent the original 20 dollars by check, close your account before they clean it out.
Third, don't answer anymore of these "you have won millions of dollars" even though you didn't enter anything.
Forth, expect a lot more of these. Your name is now on a list of available marks that is bought and sold to scam artists everywhere.
Fifth, your 20 bucks is long gone. Stop stressing over it, learn from this and move on.
