I was charged for 3 months at $14.95 each month for MP3 services. The company will only deduct 2 months since I didn't question it before. I explained with all the charges put on phone bills we're lucky to figure them out. I don't even own or use an MP3 player. I didn't realize that the charges were bogus since I had just changed my phone plan to a new one. They definitely are a rip-off company and need to be stopped. This is the number I got for direct support. 1-866-877-1160 Good Luck

I work for them. I wrote a report on here. I can get your money back, there is no time line on you getting your money back for something you never did. Here is what you do, you call back, you tell them that you have read numerous reports on them, you will take legal action and contact the better business bureau. Demand a full refund of all charges be credited back to your account. Call between the times of 4pm and 11pm central time, that is your best bet as their is a more lenient supervisors on shift and less call volume. FYI you did sign up for it, on accident off coarse but by placing your info for an ad such as free laptop or wal-mart gift card. Lets be a lil smarter about when we put our info on the internet ok buddy?? Be nice to the rep and go straight to demanding and be persistent and then threaten. any questions let me know.
