Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
this company towed my car for reasons they said they did not need to tell me ! the manager at the apartments couldn't tell me either because he said he was not here . i pay my rent every month on time .and now I have had to pay to get my car back and it cost over $300.00.
My car was parked in the spot I have always parked in. ,I have read the "rules" and did not violate any! I have talked to other people in the appartments and a few of them had the same thing happen. We are being terrorized by the appartments that signed the contract and by the tow company! And if you do get towed by United tows, good luck dealing with that woman that answers the phone !

if you were correct with your assertions that you in fact did nothing wrong then you should not have gave in and paid a dime. The tow truck drivers have to take pictures of what you in fact were in violation of and you have the right to see them also. So if you were correct in this instance you should have made sure you spoke with the manager at the apartments or towing company in person. When you are right you dont give in especially when it comes to your personal belongings.
