My wife and I went to a sales pitch held in the Villages in July 27, 2007. Many promises were made regarding discount travel. We have tried to use the services for the last two years and each time were unable to get a booking. They kept promissing to fix glitches, but never did. We have paid the annual membership of $200 each year since. They took our last membership payment in Feb. 2010. They are nothing but criminals and should be prosecuted. I am availible to participate in any way possible to hold them accountable.

Take them to Small Claims Court in Pinellas Co., Fl

AUTHOR: Robert - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Monday, September 13, 2010

You can do as I did and take United Vacation Network to the Pinellas County, FL small claims court. Several people have done this and gotten back more than the $5000 limit when UVN settles out of court. You spent $6000 then $200 three times or $6600 or so. Look in the Court records for names of other plaintiffs who have sued and then try to get a phone number somehow and just make contact and share some notes and be witnesses for each other. This worked for me 2 or 3 years ago and got back $5200 or so.

Here's some help

AUTHOR: Happy ex employee - (U.S.A.)

Any and all victims of this United Vacation scam must report this abuse to the Florida Attorney Generals office.  They are getting away with this daily. How do you think the top management drives Hummers and live in multi-million dollar mansions on Tampa Bay.  If people do not get more vocal with this nothing will get done.
