United Voice Messaging OAN Services Is There Collection Agengy ripoff/charged me for something I never ordered. All of a sudden it's on our phone bill to the tune of $16.30. We don't even have voice messaging. Nationwide

United Voice Messaging/OAN Services put a $16.30 charge on our phone bill. They claim it's a one time setup fee for voice messaging. We don't have voice messaging.
When I called 1-800-775-4589 to complain about it and ask them who they are anyway the agent was, shall we say,rude. Our phone company told me to call them and I did. It was useless. It was like talking to a brick wall.Besides which the phone bill is in my husband's name not mine
This is an underhanded and sneaky was to do buiness. There out to be a law concerning such things.
