United YAcht Sales Scott White and Michael Kolea Lied about condition of boat and refused to return my down paymebt Cape May New Jersey

The boat I was interested in purchasing was pictured on their web site in the water with full canvas and shades and equipment and it was listed as well maintained and Bimini in new condition. Turns out the boat was on blocks for years and was a wreck with no canvas or Bimini. They would not give me an appointment to see the boat even though I traveled two times to NJ. Finally I hired a surveyor to inspect the boat in my behalf and he discover d it was on blocks in land an a mess. I rejected the boat and now Scott refus s yo return my down payment. He is playing games and does not answer his calls
