UNITED/LBS INS PREM I have notices $18.80 have been deducted from my account for years. I am not sure who this is or how they have been able to get into my checking account. I am reporting this to my bank to stop the deductions immediately. I am filing a claim against this Insurance Company to get all my money back ASAP. This is very upsetting. They have been taking $18.80 out of my bank acct for years.
