Uniters Pure Furniture warranty not honored Nationwide

We purchased a warranty with Uniters Pure when we purchased our sofa and loveseat because we were told that it would cover repair or replacement of furniture due to stains.  The salesman assured us that this was necessary and that it would cover all stains.

A year later my 6 month old got sick and created several stains on both sofas.  I filed a claim within 10 days as outlined in the warranty, and a technician came out 2 weeks later.  The technician said that because he could tell spot cleaning would only create bigger stains he was going to reccomend that the company do a full cleaning.  2 days later I received an email saying my claim was being denied due to "accumulation of stains."

So now I am out $140 and have 2 stained sofas.
